CCRI President’s House
For the second time Martone completes restoration work on the historic Federal and Greek revival home, built in 1930.
The President’s House is a registered historic place that was bequeathed to CCRI as part of the Knight Estate. After successfully completing the restoration of the building’s exterior, Martone was invited back to oversee its interior restoration. Highlights included re-wiring and modernizing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, restoration of the windows, interior plaster and interior wood surfaces, and renovating 3 bathrooms to meet ADA compliance.
