Narragansett Cabanas II
New renovations at Narragansett Beach help cabana facilities keep pace with 10,000 daily visitors.
Over the 2021 winter, Martone reconstructed the south and west wings of the Narragansett Town Beach cabanas to deliver a refreshed and modern facility in time for Memorial Day. New construction integrates seamlessly with our earlier work on the north wing, which had been severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Scope included demolishing existing buildings and reconstructing everything above the existing pilings and timber structure, such as framing, roofing, exterior siding, trim, finishes, interior fit-out, and plumbing. Since security lights and outside power had recently been added to the buildings, we removed, preserved, and reinstalled them as part of our work.
