When the agency needed more space at its headquarters, located at the foot of the scenic Newport Bridge, Martone completely renovated the building’s second floor.  This included adding windows, framing off new offices and a bathroom, installing sheet rock and carpeting, and constructing a new means of egress on the building’s exterior. All work was completed to fit the classic coastal architecture for which Newport is famous.
